Ingredient Breakdown
Chocolate chips – you can use milk, semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips. I used semi-sweet.
Sweetened Condensed Milk – adds sweetness and makes the fudge creamy.
Butter – adds richness.
Graham crackers & mini marshmallows – gives the fudge its s’mores flavor.

How To Make S’mores Fudge
1. Place the chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk and butter in a medium pot over medium heat.
2. Stir until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth.
3. Fold in the graham crackers and mini marshmallows until well combined.
4. Pour fudge into a parchment lined pan then top with extra graham cracker pieces and mini marshmallows. Place in the fridge to set for at least 1 hour before cutting into slices. Store S’mores Fudge in an airtight container in the fridge up to one week.

Pro Tips For S’mores Fudge
- Weigh your ingredients using a kitchen scale! Measuring ingredients by volume is not accurate.
- Make sure your parchment paper hangs over the sides of the pan for easy removal!
- Continuously stir the fudge while over the heat so that the chocolate doesn’t burn.
- Let the fudge cool completely before slicing!

- 510 g (3 cups) chocolate chips
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 28 g (2 tbsp) butter
- 4 graham cracker sheets, broken into pieces
- 45 g (1 cup) mini marshmallows
