INGREDIENTS

- All-purpose flour - Baking soda - Baking powder - Salt - Cinnamon - Ginger - Nutmeg - Vegetable oil - Brown sugar - Granulated sugar - Pumpkin puree - Eggs - Bananas

STEP 1

In a small bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda, salt, nutmeg and ginger. Set aside.

STEP 2

In a medium bowl, mash the bananas until smooth then whisk in the pumpkin puree, brown sugar, vegetable oil, granulated sugar and eggs.

STEP 3

Fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined. Do not over mix!

Evenly divide the batter between mini muffin cups. If desired, sprinkle with raw sugar.
