Melt the white chocolate over a double boiler or in the microwave. Pour the melted white chocolate into the dry ingredients then mix until well combined.
Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. If desired, top with sprinkles and extra M&Ms. Allow chocolate to set at room temperature or in the fridge. Break into pieces and enjoy!
