- All-purpose flour - Baking powder - Salt - Unsalted butter - Granulated sugar - Eggs - Vanilla extract - Mini chocolate chips

STEP 1

In a small bowl the whisk all-purpose flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside.

Cream softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time and vanilla until just combined.

Add the dry ingredients and mix. Then add the mini chocolate chips and combine. Divide dough in half then wrap with plastic wrap then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

STEP 4

Roll out one disc of dough. Cut out cookies and place on a baking sheet then freeze for at least 5 minutes. Bake cookies and repeat with the second disc of dough.
