INGREDIENTS

- All-purpose flour - Baking powder - Salt - Granulated sugar - Vegetable oil - Black cocoa powder - Eggs - Vanilla extract - Confectioners' sugar

STEP 1

In a small bowl whisk all- purpose flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside.

STEP 2

In a large bowl whisk granulated sugar, vegetable oil and black cocoa powder until well combined. Mix in eggs one at a time then add the vanilla extract.

STEP 3

Fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined. The dough will be very sticky. Cover the bowl with plastic and chill for at least 2 hours or overnight.

STEP 4

Scoop cookies then roll generously in confectioners' sugar and place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake and enjoy!
