INGREDIENTS:

- All-purpose flour - Ginger - Cinnamon - Baking soda - Salt - Butter - Brown sugar - Granulated sugar - Unsulphured molasses - Egg - Vanilla extract - Hershey's Kisses

STEP 1:

In a small bowl whisk all-purpose flour, ginger, cinnamon, baking soda and salt. Set aside.

STEP 2:

Cream softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add the molasses, egg and vanilla extract then mix until just combined.

STEP 3:

Add the dry ingredients all at once then mix on low speed until just combined. The dough will be soft but not sticky.

STEP 4:

Scoop dough then roll in sugar and place on a baking sheet. Bake cookies then immediately press a Hershey’s Kiss into the center of each cookie.
