INGREDIENTS

- All-purpose flour - Baking soda - Baking powder - Salt - Unsalted butter - Brown sugar - Granulated sugar - Matcha powder - Eggs - Vanilla extract

STEP 1

In a small bowl whisk all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Set aside. Cream the softened butter, sugars and matcha powder until light and fluffy.

Add eggs one at a time and vanilla until just combined. Scrape the sides of the bowl. Add the dry ingredients all at once then mix on low speed until just combined.

Scoop dough and roll in granulated sugar then place onto lined baking sheets and bake.
