- Butter - Cream cheese - Confectioners' sugar - Vanilla extract - Salt - White chocolate - Heavy cream

STEP 1

In a small bowl combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda.

STEP 2

Cream the butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy then add the vegetable oil. Mix in the egg whites and vanilla extract.

STEP 3

Fold in half of the dry ingredients then add all of the buttermilk. Fold in the remaining half of the dry ingredients until just combined.

STEP 4

Scoop batter then bake. Allow cupcakes to cool completely before filling with white chocolate ganache and decorating with white chocolate cream cheese frosting.
