INGREDIENTS

- All-purpose flour - Baking soda - Salt - Cinnamon - Nutmeg - Ginger - Brown butter - Brown sugar - Granulated sugar - Pumpkin puree - Egg yolks - Vanilla extract

STEP 1

In a small bowl combine all-purpose flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger. Set aside.

STEP 2

Combine melted brown butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add the pumpkin puree, egg yolks and vanilla until just combined.

STEP 3

Add the dry ingredients all at once then fold until just combined.

STEP 4

Scoop dough then place onto lined baking sheets. Bake and enjoy!
